Application Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Muftar Logistics handles information submitted by Owner Operator applicants.

What we collect

Muftar Logistics may collect the following applicant information:

  • Contact and identity information
  • CDL and licensing information
  • Experience and prior carrier history
  • Safety, accident, violation, and suspension history
  • Equipment and ownership information
  • Qualification responses and consents
  • Requested documents such as CDL, medical card, registration, insurance, and payment information

Why we collect it

Applicant information is collected to evaluate qualifications, complete safety and insurance review, communicate with applicants, complete onboarding, and maintain required operational records.

Who makes decisions

Muftar Logistics makes all recruiting, qualification, safety, approval, dispatch, and settlement decisions. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.

Third-party processing

Applicant information may be processed through third-party software providers. Muftar may act as a technology provider for application, onboarding, document, communication, and settlement workflows.

Muftar and Muftar Logistics are separate businesses. Muftar provides software only.

Sensitive information

Sensitive fields such as CDL numbers are masked in standard administrative views, access is limited on a least-privilege basis, and documents such as VINs and uploaded records are never publicly displayed.

Your consent

By submitting an application you acknowledge that Muftar Logistics may use the Muftar software platform to process your application, onboarding information, documents, communication, and operational records, and that Muftar Logistics makes all recruiting, qualification, safety, dispatch, and settlement decisions.
