Separate businesses

Muftar and Muftar Logistics are separate businesses. Muftar provides software services and does not operate the freight carrier.

Muftar Logistics does not own or control Muftar, and Muftar does not own or operate Muftar Logistics.

What Muftar provides

Muftar provides software and platform functionality that may support:

• User accounts and authentication
• Applications and recruiting records
• Onboarding workflows
• Document uploads
• Organization membership and role permissions
• Load records and load documents
• Communication workflows
• Settlement records

What Muftar Logistics is responsible for

Muftar Logistics remains solely responsible for:

• Recruiting, qualification, and safety decisions
• Driver approval and decline decisions
• Freight operations and dispatch
• Settlements
• Trailer rental and fuel card administration
• Customer, broker, and shipper relationships
• The Owner Operator relationship

Account ownership

A Muftar account belongs to the individual user. Muftar Logistics may invite an individual's account into the Muftar Logistics organization, but does not own the individual's personal account or credentials.
