  • A Muftar account belongs to the individual user.
  • Muftar Logistics may invite the individual's account into the Muftar Logistics organization.
  • Muftar Logistics must not create duplicate accounts for the same person.
  • Muftar Logistics must not claim ownership of a driver's personal Muftar account.
  • Organization-specific records, permissions, access, and carrier relationship data may be managed by Muftar Logistics.
  • Personal account credentials and personal profile ownership remain with the individual user.
