After initial interest is confirmed, Muftar Logistics requests additional information progressively — you do not need every document to express interest.

Personal information

Legal name, contact details, address, emergency contact, communication preference.

CDL information

CDL state, number, class, expiration, endorsements, restrictions, and interstate experience. CDL numbers are masked in standard admin views.

Equipment information

Tractor and trailer ownership, year, make, model, VIN, mileage, registration state, and equipment photos. VINs and documents are never publicly exposed.

Experience information

Owner Operator experience, Dry Van and Reefer experience, previous carriers, dates, accident, violation, and suspension history.

Qualification questions

Work authorization, interstate operation, testing requirements, safety and insurance standards, technology use, and certification of accuracy.

Document uploads

CDL, medical card, registration, insurance, W-9, payment information, equipment photos, inspection and safety documents — requested progressively.
